How to Book - Deposit - Payment - Terms and Conditions

 

 

 

3 Steps to Book

 

 

  • 50% by cash transfer in advance, sent to reserve your dates (further details will be emailed to you when you are ready to confirm).
  • The second part of the payment (50%) must be  handed in cash to the owner on arrival  to receive the keys.
  • A guarantee deposit - cash USA $500 Dollars, £300 GBP, €350Euros, returnable on your departure after the apartment has been checked.

Email us with your personal details (number of people, your times of arrival and departure dates), your usual email address if you would like to check availability with us. We try to reply within 24 hours and will liase with you all the way until your arrival, while you are here and, we hope, after you leave us in anticipation of your return!

Deposit

 

 

Guarantee deposits are held by an apartment manager. Unless the renter damages the property the Guarantee deposit is usually refunded in full at the end of the lease term.
 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment

 

 

  • Westernunion
    To make a booking with us it is necessary to send 50% of the total price for your booking. The transfer can be made via the Western-Union system. It can be made online and is quick and safe.

    When using the Western-Union system make sure you send us the code number to collect the money.
  • E.g.: At the site you can choose the country from which to make the payment and details will be translated to your own language

    As soon as we receive your transfer an email will be sent confirming your dates. When you send us your transfer make sure that all your details have been emailed as well. This way we will be able to send you your booking and contract.
     

 

 

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

 

  • The apartment will only be blocked-in online and the booking reservation sent, after we confirm your transfer.
  • To cancel the contract the landlord must be contacted within one (01) week in advance of the intended arrival.
  • In case of cancellation an administration fee of 20% of the transfer will be charged.
  • All transactions will be charged a 5% administration fee.
  • The flat cannot be sub-let in any way.
